Introduction and User Agreement
Welcome to the website of Taher Mustafa (tahermostafa.com). These terms and conditions serve as a work contract that governs the professional relationship between us and our esteemed clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. By using our services, you agree to adhere to all the terms outlined below to ensure the quality of work and protect the rights of both parties.

 

First: Financial Policy and Payment System
We take pride in providing integrated marketing and creative services that require the allocation of human and technical resources immediately upon contracting, and therefore we follow the following policy:

  1. The total agreed service fee must be paid in advance before starting any executive action on the project.

  2. Once the amount is transferred and work officially begins on the strategy or designs, the paid amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances, due to the consumption of work hours and resources allocated to your project as soon as it starts.

Second: Contract Duration and Termination of Agreement

We always strive to build sustainable business relationships, and if either party wishes to terminate the cooperation, they must adhere to the following:

  1. The other party must be officially notified of the request to terminate the contract at least 30 days (one full month) before the scheduled termination date.

  2. The client is obligated to pay for any additional work or advertising costs incurred during the notice period until the actual termination date.


Third: Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of all final outputs from designs, strategies, and campaigns will fully transfer to the client upon payment of all agreed financial dues.

Taher Mustafa has the right to showcase samples of completed work in his portfolio as part of his professional achievements, unless a written request not to display is made at the time of contracting.


Fourth: Client Obligations

To ensure the best results are achieved on time, the client is committed to providing us with all the required data and permissions (such as access to advertising accounts or old identity files) upon request. Any delay on the client's part in delivering these requirements may result in postponement of delivery dates without liability on the service provider.
